This time it's no hoax. Big Foot really has been sighted at the Washington State Fair! Developed by Jones Advertising as the brand ambassador for the "biggest party in the state," it took months of planning and preparation before Big Foot could come out of hiding and step into the limelight. From creature design and fabrication to songwriting, filming and digital effects, it took the entire Jones team (plus a lot of talented friends) to turn the beloved 7-foot fantasy into reality. Shot over three days, the legend of Big Washington unfolded across TV, radio, outdoor, print, social and digital media.
Big Foot (a.k.a. Big Washington) proved to be a monster hit and earned Jones Advertising our 9th Emmy Award nomination. But, never one to rest on our laurels, we gave Big Washington a friendly face-lift for his second outing at the fair. This time, Big Washington returned to celebrate with his new friends at a bigger, longer, better Washington State Fair. No longer the shy creature he once was, Big Washington found his even cuter face splashed across an integrated broadcast and digital media campaign, plush toys, t-shirts, mugs, and even a bobblehead!
