
Valvoline's Director of Global Brands, Robert Stravitz hailed the Jones Advertising developed direct-response television campaign a rousing success. In fact, the campaign for Eagle One car care products made the cover story for the October issue of Response magazine. Stravitz's goal with the campaign was to "create brand awareness and expand sales revenues, including with retail partners like Auto Zone and Wal-Mart".
Jones Advertising created the 30-minute infomercial featuring Adrienne Janic from TLCs "Overhaulin" and included scientific demonstrations of Eagle One's "nanotechnology" and testimonials from auto enthusiasts.
The campaign has produced double digit sales increases in all marketing channels, with gains as high as 38% over the non direct-response markets. In fact, Eagle One is AutoZone's "comeback brand of the year" for 2008.
Jones also developed point-of-sale materials and auto show booths for the Eagle One brand. Jones teamed with Cesari Direct to handle media and back-end campaign management.
